Town of Windsor administrative offices are closed. This includes the Windsor Town Hall, the Police Department Administrative Office, and the Public Works Facility. The Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture Community Recreation Center will remain open today. While the police administrative office is closed, officers are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. #VeteransDay

As Great Western Railway continues work to improve their tracks, there’s a planned road closure at the railway crossing on 6th St. just north of Ash St. from Tuesday, Nov. 13 through Thursday, Nov. 15, weather permitting. Residents are asked to observe posted detours around the closure.

Thank you Windsor residents! All said and done, 235 pounds of unused prescription medications were collected and turned in during the Police Department's take back day. Unused prescriptions were then turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration who released the official numbers to the town. #goodjob #keepthemsafe

The railway crossing on Hwy 257 south of Main St. (just north of Walnut) is about to improve. But first, Great Western Railway has to close the road to work on the track. Detours will be posted Oct. 31-Nov. 2, weather permitting, while the railroad works to improve their crossing.

A group of residents and town staff toured Windsor's water facilities on Oct. 19, and on that day Windsor’s drinking water measured at .013 at the Soldier Canyon water treatment facility. With that in mind, the Town of Windsor reminds residents... please do not blow or rake leaves, twigs, branches, grass clippings, trash or debris into the street.
