The Weld County Fair Board would like to thank Gus Sidwell (Ault) and Debi Carpio (Kersey) for their volunteer service to the board. Mr. Sidwell and Mrs. Carpio were recognized at the annual Fair Board banquet on November 5th and presented plaques by Weld County Fair Board President, Tracy Axton, to celebrate their service.

The Weld County Fair is an annual free event held the last week in July. Our fair is open to the public and boasts a variety of displays contests. The fair gives the youth and adults of Weld County an opportunity to exhibit their skills in a wide variety of areas including agriculture, livestock, natural resources, engineering, consumer and family, fine arts, horticulture, and family living.

The Fair is planned and presented by a volunteer board appointed by the Weld County Commissioners, along with the Weld County Fair Coordinator and Fair Secretary. Colorado State University Extension Agents serve as educational advisers to the fair. For more information on the Weld County Fair, please visit
